Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 1-3 days from the time of shipment provided that the postcodes are within the Express Postal next day delivery areas.
Please note for peak times please allow additional time for your express order to be received within Australia. For example Boxing Day Sales or a high volume of occasions for Australia Post. Willow & Ivy will not take responsibility for delayed delivery times with Australia Post and therefore will not offer refunds for the reason of delayed deliveries.
Deliveries outside Australia can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post regular post but if you require International Express service please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a quote for your shipment.
When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive an email confirmation please email us email@example.com.
All orders will be processed within 24-72 hours. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within Australia
For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post Express service. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address or mobile number which then you will be able to track your parcel at www.australiapost.com.au/tracking.
All deliveries must be signed for and identification will be required. Please ensure your delivery address is attended or your parcel will be forwarded to the nearest post office for collection. If you require your parcel to be delivered to a PO Box you must provide a residential address as a second form for delivery.
Please note orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will indicate multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.
Whilst Willow & Ivy will process and ship your order within a fast and timely manner we take no responsibility for any delays by the freight carriers once your item has left Willow & Ivy.
New Zealand Shipping
For orders shipping to New Zealand, we use Australia Post Regular International service.
New Zealand shipping fee is a flat rate of $25.00 for all orders under $250 and free for all orders over $250 for shipping weight under 5kg. If you exceed the 5kg weight we may contact with a shipping surcharge.

Australia Wide flat shipping rate of $15.00 for all orders under $150.00 via Australia Post Express Post.
All orders over $150 are express shipped Free within the 5kg weight. Orders that exceed the 5kg weight will incur a shipping surcharge.All costs are in Australian Dollars.
Currency Taxes & Duty
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
For orders being shipped within Australia prices are inclusive of GST. For orders being shipped internationally Australian GST is removed from the item price.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are applied when your packages reach your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your parcel will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more info contact your local customs office.
Stock quantities are updated daily. If a sold out item is purchased you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement if one is available from supplier or a full refund will be offered.
Changes To Your Order
Once your order has been placed and processed payment has been made, Willow & Ivy are unable to make changes or cancel your order for the change of mind. Our usual returns process is available. Please refer to returns policy for further details.

If there are any delays to your order you will be notified via email or phone call. Please ensure that you enter the correct details at the checkout.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver it is the customers responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
