Once your order has been placed and processed payment has been made, Willow & Ivy are unable to make changes or cancel your order for the change of mind. Our usual returns process is available. Please refer to returns policy for further details.

Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver it is the customers responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.

For orders being shipped within Australia prices are inclusive of GST. For orders being shipped internationally Australian GST is removed from the item price.

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are applied when your packages reach your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your parcel will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
